Summary:
The Key Account Specialist is crucial in managing and executing domestic sales orders, ensuring seamless support throughout the sales cycle. This role links sales, marketing, quality assurance, and accounting departments, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers, this person is pivotal in maintaining detailed client records and facilitating communication within the sales and distributor networks.

Reports to: Director of Sales
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: 100% onsite at Napa, CA offices.

You Will:
Update and manage project forms
Manage and maintain project files
Maintain and update sales forecast
Review bottling schedule for changes
Identify and communicate inventory level concerns to sales managers and team
Notify of bottling changes/inventory issues
Communicate inventory /production reports
Manage sample requests
Maintain price list
Manage payment details
Manage shipment details
Provide and maintain technical information requests
New supplier forms
Coordinate new item registration with compliance
Attend customer meetings when required
Other duties as assigned

You Have:
Two years’ minimum experience in wine sales
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Excellent verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
Extreme attention to detail in all aspects of data management
Strong ability to multi-task and maintain a diverse workload
Ability to prioritize and achieve deadlines
