• Collaboration: Work with colleagues, participate in professional development.
• Assessment: Conduct ongoing assessments, prepare progress reports.
• Events and Activities: Plan special events, field trips, and enriching activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must have 1-3 years experience in classroom
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
