Job description
Advance Practice Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner)
Multi-Specialty Practice
Opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in multiple departments within a community health system.
The ideal candidate enjoys variety in the work schedule, this is accomplished by working in multiple departments throughout the physician network.
Manage adult and pediatric patients while completing regular rotations through urgent care and primary care seeing acute visits and physicals.
Occasional rotations through student health and long-term- care.
Plays an important role in diagnosing and treating a range of illnesses amongst all age groups.
72 hours/ pay period to be completed in more more than 4 days per week.
Some weekend shifts, no overnights, and no calls.
Qualifcations:
NYS license as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
Active board certification.

NYS FNP Licensure
NYS PA Licensure
