Job description
Human Resource Dimensions has been retained to place a Workday HRIS Analyst for a for a client that has been well-known in the state of Georgia for over 50 years. We are seeking a detailed, numbers-oriented person who enjoys process, accuracy and information systems. This leader will oversee data set-up, pay-related transactions, employee record security, and reporting for the Human Resources Department and will ensure the quality of the data produced. This analyst will be the key data knowledge point for the Workday Human Resources Information System within a Human Resources department of six, and support all of the employees. This is mostly a remote role after the first few weeks of orientation and then a few days a month to interact with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage assigned projects and/or department’s data, ensuring it meets processing and policy requirements.
- Serve as the point person for data-related tasks within the department including hiring, promotions, termination, and related tasks with the Workday system of record.
- Create and manage reports as required by the Benefits Director and Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to create reports and audit employee-related financial transactions as required.
- Field data-related questions as necessary and assist with employee-required process reviews such as audits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of data preparation procedures and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate or better Excel proficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, related field, or equivalent years of experience in a closely related position required.
- Five + years of proficiency using a Data Management System.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Report writing ability a plus.
