Key Responsibilities:
- Detail and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Grow the number of practices that actively use Vetclusive products.
- Ensure maximum company presence in waiting and consultation rooms.
- Write and implement an Annual Business Plan.
- Develop and improve your veterinary practice’s knowledge.
- Proactively identify and address gaps between current and desired capabilities.
- Utilize the in-field support team.
- Submit daily call reports through the CRM system.
- Attend all company product training programs.
Our in-house team will be there to train, coach, and mentor you in all areas of the business including:
- All the technical knowledge needed to discuss both Vetclusive and competitor products to veterinary professionals.
- Complete sales process, from prospecting telephone calls to identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Commercial and business acumen.
- How to build a strong personal business relationship with our customers.
Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in the animal health industry is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) (desired).
- Natural rapport builder.
- Self-motivated and driven when working towards set objectives.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Track record of successful professional performance in previous roles.
- Ability to work in a cross-functioning team-based environment.
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of an organization.
