Job Title: Hyundai Detail & Service Drive Personnel Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager Summary: We are seeking an energetic person who has the ability to work in both detail and when needed can help in the service lane during the absence of service staff. Must have detail experience and service lane training provided. Candidate must be able to talk to customers and have basic computer experience to be considered. Detail is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining cars for the dealership's inventory and for washing customer cars during their service visits. The ideal candidate will have experience in detailing cars and using chemicals, as well as the ability to work with customers and answer phones. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Detail Prepare vehicles for dealership's inventory, including washing, vacuuming, and maintaining the dealership’s lot. Wash customer cars during their service visits when requested. Use chemicals and cleaning products safely and effectively. Keep work area clean and organized. Shuttle customers as requested. Prepare vehicles for delivery when sold. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Service Lane Assist in the absence of current Service Lane employees. Answer phones and schedule service appointments Work with customers to answer questions and address their concerns or have the ability to find the answer. Greet customers upon arrival and check in appointments. Invoice Repair Orders as needed and assist customers after service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in detailing cars. Strong customer service skills. Ability to navigate and learn computer programs used in the service lane. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines. Valid driver's license is required. Background check required.
