JOB SUMMARY:
Provide legal assistance and litigation support for Pinal County attorneys, use independent judgment based on technical knowledge to conduct research, write legal documents, and manage criminal appeal and Rule 32/33 cases and case files, attend hearings, and provide active support under general supervision.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities: PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The work is sedentary and requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The work also requires the ability to finger, reach, perform repetitive motion, lift, kneel, pull, push, hear, speak, stand, stoop, and demonstrate
mental and visual acuity.
