Olympia Emergency Care Physicians (OECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for experienced full-time Board-Certified Emergency Physicians to join our group around Dec 2023. Our Full-time position is twelve 8-hour shifts per month.
Practice Details: OECP offers a competitive compensation package, plus benefits for full-time providers that includes:
- Tiered compensation package base is based on experience ($200.00-$215.00 hourly)
- Eligible for quarterly patient experience/RVU performance bonus after Partnership

Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, OECP staffs MultiCare's emergency department in Olympia, WA. The city itself rests on the southern shores of the Puget Sound, between the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges. This allows for easy access to skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. Olympia is within a few hours of some of the world's best wineries.
