Responsibilities:
As the Director of Information Systems, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, contributing to the development and implementation of effective technology strategies. Your role will encompass:

• Data Strategy and Integration: Oversee seamless data integration and strategy development to support business operations.
  Security: Ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity to safeguard sensitive information and customer data.
• IT Department Management : Lead all elements of the IT department, managing 2-3 staff members and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Technology Applications Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of technology applications, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Change Management: Lead change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and adapting to evolving technology landscapes.
• Risk Planning and Strategic Growth: Develop strategies to mitigate risks and foster strategic growth through technology solutions.
  Leadership: Inspire and lead IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Networking, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
• Project management skills and experience preferred.
• Exceptional HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery Plug-In programming skills.
