Job description
Duration: Permanent
- Hands-on Oracle HCM Product Knowledge – Should be able to configure, demonstrate variety of scenarios to the Customer without additional handholding.
- Should be able to trouble-shoot issues across Oracle Modules.
- Ability to understand & gather business requirements.
- Provide thought leadership and consulting to the Customer.
- Important: This is NOT a “Follower / Order Taker” role.
- Provide Solution Options on Oracle HCM (Payroll, Benefits).
- Compare and contrast with legacy applications ( such as PeopleSoft)
- Collaborate with both Internal and External (Customer) stakeholders to drive solution creation and acceptance in a time-bound manner.
- Should be willing & able to play a variety of tasks in the Project.
- Good quality professional documentation (includes Presentations, Writing Documents, Deliverables, Test Cases etc.)
- Keep abreast of the latest & greatest on Oracle HCM’s roadmap and capabilities.
