Job description
A well-established furniture wholesale and eCommerce company is looking for an Office Administrator to handle office and eCommerce tasks.
We'll train for all office operations which will include: - Creating shipping labels by using ShipWorks.
- Processing orders from E-Commerce partners such as Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Houzz, etc.
- Communicating with E-Commerce partners' customer care representatives.
- Answering phones, taking orders from furniture stores, and entering into QuickBooks.
Preferred Skills:
- E-Commerce experience.
- Experience with populating product spreadsheets.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Customer relations experience.
- Fluent Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Basic Software Knowledge:
- QuickBooks.
- Excel, MS Word.
- Photoshop.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $45,000-$60,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
- Paid 5-day yearly vacation and 10 Federal holidays.
- Christmas, New Year and other bonuses.
- Hours : 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
