Are you a strategic finance leader ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our team of inquisitive, passionate, and driven individuals. This role is pivotal in providing financial and strategic business partnership to our leadership team, fueling our business growth, and ensuring financial accuracy and governance.

Director of Finance Responsibilities & Duties:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead all aspects of FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow management across various timelines.
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with our parent company to establish, implement, and enhance financial reporting systems, processes, and internal controls, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Leadership: Form, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team, setting the standard for proactive financial functions.
• Accounting Oversight: Review and oversee accounting tasks, including month-end reports, payroll, tax, statutory accounts, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage external stakeholders for tax, statutory, and auditing services, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Director of Finance Requirements :

• CPA
• BA in Finance or equivalent
• Experience: 7+ years professional experience in a fast-paced environment, tech/start-up environment and driving transformation in controls and accounting systems.
• International Accounting: Familiarity with both US (e.g., US GAAP, SOX) and UK (e.g., UK GAAP) accounting standards.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, including Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack.
• Analytical Skills: High-level analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to problem-solving.
