The Role:
As a Joint Fires Network Subject Matter Expert, Senior, you will play a pivotal role in integrating Air Force operational-level Joint Fires doctrine, policies, and processes into Theater integrated Joint Fires operational concepts. Your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills will be instrumental in solving our clients' most challenging problems while contributing to the nation's security.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrate Air Force operational-level Joint Fires doctrine, policies, processes, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) into Theater integrated Joint Fires operational concepts, plans, operations, and exercises.
Coordinate with joint forces, sub-unified commands, service components, and functional components to ensure Air Force perspectives on Command and Control and Joint Fires are captured in Theater Combatant Command Joint Fires Network plans, programs, and solutions.
Provide expertise to support the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and operational concepts for new and emerging technologies and enable their integration into joint exercises.
Collaborate towards building a fully integrated all-domain operational-level Joint Fires Network functional for all services.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in a military service, such as USAF
3+ years of experience in planning Joint or Combined Air Operations, and Joint Operational Planning Process Plans
Experience operating effectively at the Joint and Combined operational and strategic levels
Knowledge of Air Force Command and Control and Fires Operations and coordination requirements as it applies to the operational level of warfare, including planning, organizing, and conducting exercises to enhance the ability of DoD military units to employ Joint Fires
Knowledge of Theater Air-Ground System (TAGS) and Theater Air Control System (TACS)
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
Graduate of a Senior Service College

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an Air Operations Center
Knowledge of United States Indo-Pacific Command Theater Combatant Command roles and responsibilities
Ability to work effectively as a member of a joint working group
Ability to deliver executive summaries and presentations to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES) level officials
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance Requirement:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation:
Salary at our organization is determined by various factors and ranges from $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 annually. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, along with professional development opportunities and recognition awards.

Work Model:
We prioritize flexibility and collaboration, whether working in person or remotely. Depending on the role, you may work onsite periodically or remotely from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
