Position Summary:

NTS is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. In this role, you will assist in recruiting for company-wide positions, administrative and compliance responsibilities. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively source, screen, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
• Support multiple labs with hiring, partner and building relationships internally with key stakeholders and externally with professional associations, colleges, etc.
• Develop robust TA function, building relationships with universities, veteran groups & other professional organizations.
• Set recruitment metrics, plan growth strategies, refine interview processes & partner with staffing vendors.
• Network online and offline with potential candidates with NTS centric skills to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract top talent.
• Posting positions internally and to the various sites to which we subscribe.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s qualifications.
• Schedule and participate in in-person interviews, as needed.
• Work with staffing agencies to assist us with temporary/contract positions and augment efforts, as needed.
• Maintain applicant tracking records to ensure compliance related to hiring.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (present and future) and able to pass a drug test and background check inclusive of driving record
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably including technical and engineering roles
• Familiarity with resume databases and online job boards
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Must be organized and able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• Understanding of HR practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
