Job Summary Hired Hands Homecare Sonoma is looking for skilled Caregivers that want to make a difference in the lives of seniors in their community. Caregivers provide a range of services including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication management and transportation, and most of all, companionship and caring. The position requires a compassionate and organized individual with a commitment to providing quality care. We are actively hiring for skilled, polished and polite caregivers to work a variety of shifts throughout Sonoma County. Compensation & Benefits We have flexible schedules, both Part- Time, Full-Time, Long Shifts (12 hr) and Live-In Shifts (24 hr) with a hourly rate between $19 and $21 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, Caregivers are eligible for overtime pay, paid vacation and paid sick days. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living for elderly individuals.
• Provide help to patients in areas of personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, etc. upon request
• Assist with medication reminders and documentation
• Assist with housekeeping duties as assigned
• Prepare and serve meals, laundry, and other light housekeeping duties
• Transport clients to doctor appointments
• Monitor condition of clients and report any changes to the care manager

Requirements

• Must have valid California Driver’s License, Insurance, and a Car
• Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in caregiving or similar position
• Must pass criminal background check for HCA Registration
• Clear TB test or chest X-Ray
