Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Develop a prospecting routine, including referrals, outbound calling, and thought leadership.
Actively manage and qualify a robust opportunity pipeline.
Plan and implement the sales process for larger and more complex deals.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting based on market knowledge.
Account Management & Customer Experience:
Work as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Develop and execute account-level sales plans.
Manage client relationships, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
Administration:
Provide updates on achievements, challenges, and industry information to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategize actions.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
Complete necessary administrative tasks, including expense reports.
Your Experience:
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts degree or related experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of workers' compensation, claims adjustment, or related experience.
Prefer at least one (1) year of experience in account management and sales.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Self-directed; ability to work effectively independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contact management software.
Certification, License, and Registration:
Valid driver's license.
