The Button Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Assistant, with a passion for working with children and families, to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our attorneys and ensuring a 5-star client experience from sign-up through the onboarding process and beyond.

This is a full-time, in-office position, located in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake with clients, demonstrating active listening skills to gather relevant information regarding their cases and concerns.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proactively update clients on the progress of their cases, providing regular status updates and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain ongoing contact with clients throughout the duration of their cases, fostering trust and confidence in our firm's services.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal team to ensure client needs and expectations are met at every stage of the legal process.
- Manage case files and documentation with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining organization and accessibility for efficient case management.
- Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation for cases, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence, all while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience at a personal injury law firm
- Experience in handling intake of potential new clients preferred
- Spanish speaker preferred
- CRM and case management software experience is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
- Strong ability to communicate over the phone eloquently and empathetically
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
