Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales
• Engage with the community
• Establish networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Build rapport with customers
• Use lead management systems
• Pursue new business opportunities by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Eager to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
• Must hold valid insurance licenses or be willing to acquire them
