Job description
Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Vancouver, Washington
Position Type: Full time- Onsite
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather manage, and prioritize the customer requirements based on the discussion with client
- Defines the product vision and roadmap
- Grooming teams on delivering expected outcomes
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders and forming an alignment with expected outcomes
- Coordinate with customer’s and prepare quarterly roadmap
- Review and approval of requirements(Stories) and UX artifacts
- Validate stories (matching requirements & meeting acceptance criteria) for sprint demo
- Familiarity with Agile methodology tools
- Preferably having domain knowledge on Payroll systems/Benefits/HR/Performance Management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on regular basis
- Need to be part of all requirements gathering sessions
- Grooming teams on delivering expected outcomes
- Collaborate with the off-shore team on regular basis
Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required
- Degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, OR similar field
- 5-10 years of experience as a Product owner or in product management
- Strong experience managing product life cycle stages
