Responsibilities:
Your Role: As the Marketing & Communications Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth through strategic initiatives. You'll also provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior staff.
Marketing:
Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.
Analyze project materials and past campaigns to determine optimal communication strategies.
Present design ideas and recommendations for marketing projects.
Execute social media and content strategies to maintain a positive public image.
Customer Relations:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, colleagues, and customers.
Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors.
Collaborate to shape RBW's image to customers and the wider community.
Executive Support:
Manage clerical and administrative tasks for senior staff.
Assist the CEO with organizational needs and maintain executive calendars with precision.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand marketing and communication requirements.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
An associate degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting executive teams and managing multiple calendars.
Exceptional work ethic, resilience, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including writing and editing.
Superior analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach.
A genuine passion for RBW's vision, purpose, and values.
