Job Summary: Senior Helpers - South OC is seeking an In Home Caregiver for our location in Rancho Mission Viejo, California. As a caregiver , you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to senior clients in their homes. This can be full-time or part-time hours! We can work with your scheduel as needed! Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer the following benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Document and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
• Communicate with clients' families and healthcare professionals as needed
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Compassion and empathy towards seniors
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
