Location: Remote (Charlotte, NC, US)

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Lead Product Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technology discussions, analyzing current landscapes, and bridging gaps to meet our clients' evolving business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing functional leadership in implementing Duck Creek Policy, managing product backlogs from inception to implementation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
Offering expert guidance on understanding insurance products and translating business needs into product specifications.
Interacting professionally with diverse program stakeholders from both business and IT backgrounds.
Leading meetings to determine priorities and critical path items, ensuring defined objectives are met.
Collaborating with cross-geography business and technical teams.
Assisting in scope identification, progress tracking, risk management, and implementation of mitigation plans.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
7+ years of expertise in Duck Creek Policy product implementation.
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership qualities, including conflict resolution, critical thinking, and ownership.
