Media Sales Director, New York City / Remote - Branded Content Social Media Owner - $150k - 200k base + Double OTE + benefits.
New York City based, Remote
The Company
My client is one of the leading Media Owners and Social Media accounts in the Automotive and Luxury space. They have multi-million weekly views across their social media followers and 100's of millions of followers for their content.
Due to their success of their APAC and EMEA success, they are now looking to expand their presence in the US market which currently makes up around 30% of their global revenue, meaning you will have a warm book of business to inherit and build upon.
As one of their first US hires, this will have a clear route to a Head of US Sales role and leadership responsibilities.
You must have experience selling Branded Content to Agencies around the NY area and come from a Media Sales background.
The Role
As a Media Sales Director you will be:
Selling the company's innovative advertising proposition to Agencies across the East Coast
Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
Maintain and build upon relationships, continuing to network and secure new business
Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
Network within the Automotive and Lux space across the US
Hit quarterly and yearly targets set
You
5+ years Media Sales experience to agencies
Programmatic Sales experience is a nice to have
Branded Content Sales experience is a must have
You could come from a media-owner selling streaming services
Ambitious and driven self-starter
Good knowledge of Programmatic and passionate about ad technology
A knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
