As an IRA Specialist -  you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance requirements of IRA's/HSA's are met, monitor products offered to ensure all are coded correctly according to IRS regulations. Perform quality review of new account set-ups as well as account maintenance to ensure they are completed correctly.

A few essential functions & responsibilities: 

• Develop instructional information as well as procedures for all staff.  Train new staff and hold trainings for all staff at least annually.
• Conduct audits on IRA documents.  Notify staff of errors and provide feedback on necessary corrections.
• Calculate and update accounts for RMD's as well as send out new RMD letters to those becoming eligble.

Position requirements:  Three to five years of  experience working with IRA's/HSA's. Certification in IRA's desired but not required. Must have a strong knowledge of Roth and Traditional IRA's.  Understands the rules and regulations of each type including SEP and SIMPLE IRA's.  Hours worked would me Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM for 8:30-5:30.
