We are a top AmLaw100 law firm who is looking for a Senior Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to our team in Northern California. Seeking someone with at least 3 years of attorney recruiting experience within a multi-office law firm environment. If you have scheduling, events, onboarding and summer associate program experience, we want to talk to you! Hybrid; 4 days in office.- Help teams with outreach and campus interviews at potential law schools
- Support local teams as needed with lateral and entry-level hiring, including setting up interviews and screens, providing onboarding, integration, and event support
- Throughout the recruiting season, represent the company at multiple universities; providing knowledge and sound judgment to assist attorneys in making callback decisions
- When appropriate, represent the company in hiring events and outside gatherings such information sessions, panel discussions, and career fairs
- Apply the proper project management techniques for every project, which entails need analysis, requirement prioritization, project scope definition, and document of all project-related tasks
- Offer top-notch assistance to the Manager of Associate Recruitment in order to plan the annual Summer Associate Program, including social gatherings, workshops, job assignments, performance reviews, and chances for mentorship to foster ties between Summer Associates and Attorneys
- Organize and manage every stage of the hiring process for attorneys, such as setting up interviews, communicate with prospects and attorneys during the selection process, writing offer letters, setting up follow-up outreach, and starting the onboarding process for new hires
