We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. We are looking for a Hunter who is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and ultimately, contributing to the continued success and expansion of our agency.
Since you will be contributing to the growth of the company, you will become an official employee-owner of the company on Day 1.
Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify leads from various platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or Zoom Info
- Qualify and follow up with assigned Inbound leads to generate business
- Maintain a Target Accounts List for Kuno marketing efforts
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' challenges and goals
- Create and share notes and updates in the HubSpot CRM
- Seamlessly introduce Kuno experts to support sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams to develop compelling pitches and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Drive engagement and thought leadership on social channels, including LinkedIn, with the ultimate goal of driving qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements - A foundation in formal sales training similar to the Sandler Sales Method
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation - Based on industry knowledge, geography (cost of living) and work experience in comparison to other candidates at the same job level
