Job description
Senior Chemical Engineer
Many chemical processes employ catalysts, adsorbents and reactive materials. Guild Associates, Inc. believes that the key to having a better process lies in having better materials. As such, Guild Associates, Inc. has assembled a Technology Development Group that focuses on developing new materials for its processes, with process optimization based on the performance of its catalytic, reactive and adsorptive materials. Guild Associates, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Scientist/Engineer to participate in and/or lead a wide range of research and product development efforts ranging from military chemical defense to pollution abatement to natural gas purification. A motivated individual with an understanding of chemical reactions, adsorption and material science to participate in technology development efforts is desired. A working knowledge of surface science and/or adsorption/catalytic processes is a plus, as are writing and presentation skills. A successful candidate must have a love of science and a desire to innovate and grow as a professional.Education/Experience :
Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a focus on adsorption and catalysis.
