As a Risk Management - Strategy Execution and Control - Associate in Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. The Risk Strategy Execution and Control Associate supports the change management lifecycle for Consumer Card strategy initiatives, including initiating and managing strategy changes through intake submission, governance processes, and pre / post implementation validations while ensuring all control points of the change management lifecycle are satisfied. In addition, you will research exception monitoring controls to drive improvements in the end-to-end Customer experience and strengthen controls around credit decisions and regulatory adherence. 

You will participate in projects to ensure milestone adherence and integrity of progress metrics. This includes request submission, prioritization, control development and addressing operational readiness needs for new initiatives across the Consumer Card Risk Strategies groups. Initiatives can be inclusive of strategy updates, resolving system or strategies issues and process and control improvements.

We will provide you opportunities to report on findings and to provide status updates to management.  Additionally, we will provide you opportunities to coordinate information and responses related to Audit, both internal and external, as well other review oriented internal groups such as Controls Testing and Executive Office.
