Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced handyman with exceptional skills in repairing various items to join our growing team at an established solar company in California. As a handyman, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services and ensuring that all aspects of our properties are in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing drywall, trim work, stucco (required), and painting
- Fix and repair flooring and roofs
- Conduct site cleanups and remove debris
- Inspect and diagnose problems and perform repairs
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Willingness to learn and perform solar repair work
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman with a wide range of generalist skills
- 1 year preferred experience
- Proficiency in handling various tools and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurable
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be detail-oriented and have a keen eye for quality workmanship
This is a full-time position
Pay: $20-25/HR depending on experience
