This position earns a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour, plus commissions on sales . Your earnings potential is directly tied to your ability to turn service opportunities into system sales. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SALES - SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Imagine starting your day as an HVAC Sales - Service Technician at Chad's AC Direct. You kick off your day by diagnosing HVAC systems, utilizing your expert knowledge to identify issues and recommend the best solutions to our valued customers. As a skilled technician, you perform repairs with precision and efficiency, ensuring optimal system functionality. In addition to your technical expertise, you excel in customer communication, building rapport and trust with clients. You actively promote our system sales, identifying opportunities to upgrade and enhance customer HVAC systems. Your ability to turn service into sales sets you apart as a valuable asset to our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm . Additionally, an on-call rotation will include nights and weekend work .
