Exciting Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner!
A Healthcare Management Group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to geriatric patients in a Nursing home located in Glastonbury, CT. The individual must adhere to organizational policies and standards while demonstrating adequate knowledge, technical skills, and judgment.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all consults related to Primary Care
Conducting history and physical exams
Reviewing medications
Prescribing medication/drugs
Following up with patients who have acute issues and establishing follow-up plans
Reaching informed diagnoses based on medical knowledge and patient's medical history
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8-hour shifts
No weekend work

The salary ranges between $140,000 - $180,000 annually!
