We focus on managing the Company’s third party supplier strategy in support of Enterprise Benefits, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Office Services, Operational Services, and various other areas. Our goal is to partner with our Corporate clients in the strategy development, analysis, selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management of our suppliers in compliance with our internal policies and procedures to drive supply chain excellence, protect the Disney brand, and mitigate risk.

The Sourcing Specialist will be part of a sourcing team responsible for sourcing & procurement activities related to various third-party corporate Office and Operational Services, including Foodservice (Cafeteria and Pantry), Office Supplies, Records Management, Mailroom, Couriers, Global Security, Crisis Management, and other services. Responsibilities include client management, category management, and supplier management. This team member will be accountable for partnering with various team members and supporting sourcing initiatives that achieve value without compromising business strategy and performance.

What You Will Do

Education

The hiring range for this position in California is $84,600 to $103,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
