To provide distributive, clinical, consultative, and research pharmaceutical services in a pediatric burn, orthopedic, and rehabilitation hospital/medical; to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Pay Range: $57.00-$86.00
This position is per diem, non-exempt and benefits eligible .
Compensation is determined based on experience and department equity.
This Position functions independently to provide several aspects of pharmaceutical care in a pediatric burn, orthopedic, and rehabilitation
in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing appropriate communication with patients, families and hospital staff.
Pharm.D. degree or Bachelor of Sciense degree in a School of Pharmacy
3 years experience as a licensed pharmacist in a hospital/medical site with pediatrics preferred
License to practice pharmacy in California and in good standing with the California State Board of Pharmacy
BLS certified withthin 90 days of hire
