Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
Designs and develops patient service / retail service strategies that are intended to meet the needs of the healthcare systems patients / guests / employees. Directs the activity of employees providing patient tray / retail service. Monitors daily compliance with The Joint Commission, AHCA, HCFA standards for food safety and department wide sanitation. Evaluates products produced for merchandising to ensure that they are meeting the interests of our guests providing a positive revenue stream to the system. Coordinates menu production with marketing services and department level staff to ensure that operations are providing services in the most professional manner possible. Surveys customers / patients to maintain an ongoing database of responses to products and services offered. Ensure that all operations are in compliance with food safety and operational quality standards. Implements strategies for increasing customer satisfaction while monitoring budgetary guidelines, quality indicators, employee morale and performance standards. Is cross-trained to provide supervisory coverage at multiple campuses and job classifications, as business requires. Responsible for fiscal, budgetary and patient satisfaction outcomes. Demonstrates the ability to assess, interact, communicate and care for age specific patient population.
