Associate Attorney – Creditors’ Rights, Commercial Collections, and Bankruptcy Matters - Current License and Minimum 5+ Years Experience Are you looking for an opportunity to prove yourself with big law cases, but without pressure and rigidity? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Attorney to join us. Responsibilities: • Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon. • Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases. • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to our clients. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • CURRENTLY licensed to practice law in the state of Washington OR California. • Minimum 5+ years of licensed attorney experience. We will train you for this practice area. We are looking for a candidate with a strong desire to excel in a busy firm, handling high-quality work and clients in high-visibility West Coast markets. • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
