Position: Corporate Senior Attorney

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Senior Attorney who embodies excellent communication and administrative skills, high levels of organization and attention to detail, multitasking capabilities without compromising efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility. As a representative of the firm, you will be expected to enhance its reputation in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and J.D. Degree.
A minimum of 8 years of continuous, specific, and verifiable corporate experience.
Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including equity and asset purchase agreements, shareholder, partnership, and operating agreements, loan agreements, license agreements, financing agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
Research proficiency in legal issues pertaining to various business transactional matters, delivering analyses within client budget and time constraints.
Participation in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Managing a high client volume and taking ownership of workload responsibilities.
Providing clients with valuable advice on contract terms and the legal implications of business operations and transactions.
Assisting in the development of strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Profound knowledge of relevant laws and rules, as well as state and federal court procedures, forms, deadlines, filing requirements, and portals.
Ability to organize factual and legal data into clear and logical arguments.
Handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality.
Active license as an attorney in the state of New York, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.
A high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
Strong organization and time management skills.

Salary: $ 150,000.00 200,000.00 Per Year
