Job Title: Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager
Salary: $120-$170K DOE
Location: Duluth, GA on-site

We are a small full-service CPA firm based out in Duluth, GA in search of an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Manager. Ideally, the role will start fully on-site and will have hybrid options after the first tax season/inital onboarding process. What You Will Be Doing

- Client relations and providing solutions
- Account Reconciliations
- Ensuring all tax forms are within compliance
- Auditing & reviewing tax forms
- Full-cycle tax processing
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to junior tax staff

What You Need for this Position

Minimum Experience of 5-6+ years with:
- Full-cycle of Tax Accounting
- Providing Tax Analysis
- Ensuring Tax Compliance
- Preparing/ Filing Tax Returns
- Conducting account reconciliations
- CPA firm experience
- Active CPA license
- Experience with forms: 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041 1099 and more
- Experience with providing elite service to clientele
- Experience with client relations, problem-solving, and providing solutions
- Experience providing mentorship and training to junior staff
- Experience supervision and management of junior staff up to 3-5+ direct reports)
