Reporting to the Optum Chief Digital Product Officer, the VP, Enterprise Digital Capabilities is responsible for overseeing the digital roadmaps for enterprise capabilities (including Accessibility, Authentication, Enterprise Preferences and TeleHealth products) to drive seamless experiences and maximize digital adoption. You will lead Digital Product Management and Accessibility teams and interface with business, marketing, technology, and other partners, to deliver an aligned and seamless digital ecosystem. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop the digital product vision, execute on capability roadmaps, drive adoption across the digital ecosystem and continuously iterate to optimize experiences
• Partner with business, marketing and technology leaders from Optum (and our joint ventures) to align with the digital agenda
• Collaborate with the Experience, Design, Data & Analytics and Consumer Research teams
• Adhere to design and technical standards and ensure all existing and future public facing digital capabilities are developed and maintained to scale for a platform based approach
• Ensure the digital strategy amplifies the effectiveness of the systems and brand and enables a seamless consumer experience
• Ensure that products deliver the best possible experience to the user in ways that are both remarkable and engaging
• Be a digital product innovator leveraging digital agile methods
• Build a cohesive, collaborative team with a unified mission, standard methodology, and high standards for world-class digital program management
• Manage capital budget and product backlogs for the product teams and value recognition cycle
• Develop and adhere to a seamless product development process with design and engineering partners

Required Qualifications:

• 10 + years of digital consumer facing product management experience
• Proven digital product leader with a track record of team leadership, digital strategy and execution and experience partnering closely with design, technology and marketing organizations
• Demonstrated intellectual capacity and sound judgment to lead in changing and ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of:
• Working in a highly matrixed organization
• Building relationships with people from diverse areas of an organization
• Bringing fresh ideas and new thinking to the team (with views that change opportunistically)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Well-rounded understanding of current mobile technologies
• Experience working on Android, iOS, and React Native solutions
