Job description
An independent Pacific Northwest supermarket chain is in search of a Store Mgr.
for one of their locations near Redding, CA .
This position would be accountable for the total operation of the store
from parking lot to roof top..
Responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing of the location.
Merchandising, Human Resource functions, training and scheduling of associates
Ability to direct operations in both perishable and non-perishable departments, execute company programs, maintain standards and grow sales.
A solid knowledge of grocery, deli, bakery, meat and produce is desired. Excellent customer service skills
as well as total store conditions and presentation. This is a seasonal location and caters to a more upscale clientele.
