Job description
We’re looking for an energetic inside sales representative to help us reach our sales goals! You’ll help us generate and nurture leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
