In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products. Salary: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• A Property & Casualty / Life license is preferred but will train good individual.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
• Successful sales background.
• Bilingual in SPANISH
