As Admin Assistant for WindRiver Construction and HOA Operations, you will provide management administrative support in many areas including:
- Provide administrative, scheduling, logistics, and Client support for construction and landscaping projects
- Provide HOA and Country Club operations support
- Administer process for design reviews, compliance, and invoicing
- Assist and track property management needs and maintenance requests
- Assist property compliance guidelines, notices, and updates
- Prepare project quotes, job costing, and project reports
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, college preferred
- 2 years of relevant office or admin experience required
- Experience a plus (or eager for training) in relevant admin areas, such as HOA operations, construction and maintenance, landscaping, and property management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Efficiently handle multiple duties
- Positive communication skills
- Strong organizational, admin, and planning skills
