Career Advancement:
As a Regional Agent Mentoring Manager (RAMM), your primary responsibility will be developing and coaching new local sales agents recruited and trained by our company. RAMMs receive overrides and residual income on qualified accounts. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills are essential.
Compensation Structure:
Commissions & Bonuses (upfront pay) - Paid Daily
We offer competitive upfront pay for new accounts with free processing, including providing top-of-the-line free terminals to business owners.
Residuals - Paid Monthly
Our shares profits from the very first account sold, providing you the opportunity to turn your role as a Business Analyst into a lucrative venture.
Training Bonus:
If you decide to train new recruits and join the RAMM program, we offer training reimbursement bonuses, including additional residuals overrides on accounts brought in by your agents.
