At Sybill, we are building the first-ever recommendation engine for B2B deals to boost the conversion rate by providing tailored, stage-specific recommendations at each step of the deal journey. This includes understanding and analyzing all of the customer interactions, including their non-verbal cues during calls, to offer strategic advice to sellers. With our deal engine, we can automate various administrative tasks like note-taking, email follow-ups, and participant research. The heart of Sybill is a dynamic knowledge database that uses customized LLMs and our own behavior AI to continuously learn from past and ongoing deals, making it the central nervous system for any GTM organization.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience building and productionizing NLP products for enterprise use cases. As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of key features while working closely with the product, engineering, and customer teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of NLP-based features for Sybill's AI agents.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to design, build, and improve ML models tailored to specific enterprise use cases
• Developing a keen ability to condition (prompt, finetune, chat with) LLMs and understand how to produce the best output from them
• Staying on top of emerging trends in LLMs to enhance individual efficiency and further build Sybill's product

Requirements:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models, such as BERT, GPT, or Transformers
• Strong programming skills, with experience in Python and ML libraries
• Proven track record of ideation, designing, productionizing, and deploying ML models at scale
• 2-5 years of experience with building and deploying ML applications
• Experience with analyzing and understanding data and experimenting/iterating with ML models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
