We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and are seeking a qualified General SALES Manager for our Pure Barre Jupiter studio location. Our sale managers are focused on driving SALES and SERVICE excellence for our luxury fitness brand---a leader that is focused on building a strong sales team and delivering a superior boutique fitness experience.

We have a proven track record of success in Xponential Fitness with 2 top performing Club Pilates studios in New York City. We believe in the principals of barre and the positive impact that it has on the community it serves. REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of retail SALES or fitness SALES experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Ambassadors
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience Required
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; in person, over the phone, and through emails
- Ability to resolve customer complaints with a positive mental attitude
- Must be solution-based and result-oriented, with a competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- An affinity and passion for fitness is desired
- Solid writing and grammar sills
- High degree of organization, proficiency in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- This is a Full-Time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating at least 50% of the lead generation for the studio which includes Grassroots Marketing, Business to Business, Social Media, and Community Involvement
- Generating 50% or more of the overall membership sales for the studio
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Assure that all sales goals are met
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Hire, manage and lead staff
- Conduct all HR duties as assigned
- Become proficient in the Club Ready operating system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce Pure Barre’s policies and procedures
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Collect out-standing dues
- Any other duties as assigned
