Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor-Instrument will provide leadership and technical support to both company and contract personnel in the areas of maintenance and repair of Refinery related equipment, while controlling cost and increasing Safety awareness and Reliability

High school diploma or GED required plus 10 years of craft related experience

 

OR

 

College Degree (Associates Level) in relevant field plus 5 years of craft related experience

 

Specialized Training & Skills :

 

Instrument/vibration theory and knowledge of ISO 9000 systems.

Electronics/Process analyzer theory

Electrical Theory (preffered)

Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access) required.

DCS (TDC 3000) Literate

Must be first class craftsman in Instrumentation and/or Electrical fields

Supervisory experience

 

Candidates must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials Card)


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card.
