Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our Marketing team based in Mount Laurel, NJ! You will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company’s overall digital marketing strategy and martech stack.
As a wholesale dedicated market, we only work with a select group of wholesale partners. The purpose of this role is not to generate leads, but rather leverage martech and data to fuel successful broker engagement, education, and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing our strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves and working with our team and outside agencies to execute.

This role will allow you to maximize your abilities to:
- Build, plan, and implement Admiral’s overall digital marketing strategy.
- Implement CRM, and manage optimization and integration of martech stack, including HubSpot, webinar, and survey applications.
- Oversee the management and optimization of all digital marketing channels including website, email, social.
- Oversee website redesign and online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Manage and optimize inbound and outbound marketing.
- Oversee maintenance of contact database, leveraging marketing automation and/or other systems when appropriate to consistently address data hygiene.
- Develop technological solutions to overcome data challenges.
- Stay on top of the latest digital marketing best practices and share information with/educate the team.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and set up reporting templates and dashboards.
- Manage, coach, and develop digital marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing leader, or digital marketing roles with increasing responsibility.
- Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in developing, implementing, and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, lead generation, search marketing and web analytics.
- Must be a player-coach who is able to think strategically but will also roll up their sleeves and dig in to execute tactically.
- Expert level knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation/CRM required. Experience with implementation of a CRM preferred. HubSpot certifications preferred.
- Prior experience with website redesigns preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies including research (e.g. keyword research, competitor research, etc.), content development, content and website optimization, link building, etc.
- Strong understanding of website analytics and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
