Responsibilities:
Assist with third party due diligence, product compliance, and forced labor programs.
Forced Labor Requirements: prepare document package, update database, save documentation and certificates.
Third Party Due Diligence Program: monitor and process third party assessment requests, evaluate alerts arising from sanctions screening process, clear/escalate the results in a timely manner based on independent review and validations of alerts, and review assessment requests for completeness and accuracy to support accurate risk analysis.
Product Compliance: process compliance product requests (RoHS, Reach, ISO Certificates, Prop65, Conflict Minerals, and SDS declarations), maintain Brother compliance calendar, assist with product registrations and declarations.
Routine maintenance of team output and communications as needed.
Required Skills:
Spanish (required)
2-3 years of audit, risk, and/or compliance experience
MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate regulatory requirements and risk management goals to diverse working groups
CFE, CPA, or CCEP certifications are a plus but not required
