Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across teams to identify and solve business challenges.
- Develop datadriven recommendations for product initiatives and adjustments.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategy.
- Build and automate reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Train others on data utilization and best practices.
- Experience building repeatable scalable analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in data analytics statistics CS or similar.
- 3 years of business analytics experience (sales experience a plus).
- Advanced Excel PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
- Experience with analytical methodologies and visualization techniques.
Bonus:
- Masters degree.
- Advanced analytics expertise (data mining etc.).
- Experience in the Home Centers industry.
