Job description

First Choice Health Centers is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician to join our center and provide high quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, as well as collaborating with other specialists and staff. You will also have the opportunity to participate in education activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

This position is located in East Hartford, CT.

Experience and Training :

• A valid MD degree and board certification in internal medicine
• A valid license to practice medicine in the state
• A valid controlled substance license and DEA license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to work with the underserved population
• A commitment to ethical and professional standards
• BLS Certification
